DAI is provided as a beta, on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. Findings, dollar figures, and AI-generated analysis are decision-support outputs to verify — not guarantees. You are responsible for validating any result before acting on it.
Use DAI only on data you are authorized to analyze. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate anyone's rights or applicable law. The free assessment is rate- and size-limited.
DAI runs analytical queries in read-only transactions and does not write to your source systems. You remain the owner and controller of your data; see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product or reliance on its outputs. As a beta, availability is not guaranteed.
These terms may change as the product evolves out of beta. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
