Last updated: June 2026 · DAI is in private beta.
We're built around not mishandling your data. Files you upload to the free assessment are processed in an isolated, temporary database and deleted after the run — we don't keep your originals. When you connect a database in the full product, every query we run is read-only. We don't sell your data.
When you upload a CSV or Excel file, it is parsed in memory and loaded into a per-session schema that is dropped as soon as the analysis finishes. We do not retain your uploaded file or its rows. If you choose to share a result, the computed findings (not your raw file) are stored so the link works, and expire after 30 days. If you give us your email for a follow-up, we store that email and a summary of the result so we can contact you.
When you connect a database, DAI introspects the schema and runs analytical queries inside read-only transactions with statement timeouts. We never write to your source systems. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We store the metadata needed to run the product — connector configuration, business rules you write, findings, and KPI snapshots — not copies of your underlying data.
We use Pendo to understand how the product is used (pages visited, features clicked) so we can improve it. This is product-usage telemetry, not sale of personal data. You can block it with standard browser/extension controls.
You can request deletion of any lead email or shared report at any time. As a beta product these terms may evolve; material changes will be reflected here. Questions: reach out through the assessment follow-up or your DAI contact.
